Welcome to NIQ Atelier.
By engaging with our bespoke services, hiring a look, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Bespoke Pieces
All bespoke garments are made to order and are unique to each client.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin production.
Final payment is due upon completion and before collection or delivery.
Once work has commenced, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
Any design adjustments requested after confirmation may incur additional costs.
2. Hire a Look
All hired garments remain the property of NIQ Atelier.
Hire fees must be paid in full prior to collection.
A security bond may be required. This will be refunded upon return of the item(s) in original condition.
Garments must be returned by the agreed date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Damage, stains, or loss will result in repair/replacement fees, deducted from the bond or invoiced to the client.
3. Care of Garments
Do not alter, wash, or dry-clean hired garments.
Bespoke pieces should be handled with care; NIQ Atelier is not liable for damage caused by improper wear or cleaning after collection.
Always follow care instructions provided.
4. Payments
Payments are accepted via [insert methods you accept: bank transfer, card, cash].
All amounts are in NZD unless otherwise stated.
NIQ Atelier reserves the right to withhold garments until full payment is received.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Bespoke deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
For hire services, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will not be refunded.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of NIQ Atelier.
6. Liability
NIQ Atelier is not liable for any injury, accident, or loss that occurs while wearing our garments.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., shipping delays, natural events).
7. Intellectual Property
All NIQ Atelier designs, logos, images, and branding are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Clients may not reproduce, copy, or alter our designs without permission.
8. Privacy
Any personal information provided will be kept confidential and used only for order processing, communication, and brand updates (if subscribed).
